Special options are charged on top of/in addition to the percentage price. Overall, hundreds of special options are available -- which ones are available to you for your specific order will depend on what your patch needs. 

What Is 50%, 75%, or 100% Embroidery?​

Embroidery percentage refers to the percentage of the entire surface of the patch that is covered by embroidery. Our embroidery percentage pricing is
based upon three amounts: 50%, 75%, and 100% plus what options you add.​

50% embroidery means 50% or less of the surface area of the patch will be embroidered in thread.
75% embroidery means more than 50%, but less than 100%, of the surface area of a patch will be embroidered in thread.
100% embroidery means all of the surface area of a patch will be embroidered in thread.

How to Calculate Patch Size?​

Add the height and the width of your design then divide it by two to get the patch size.​

Example: Your embroidery design’s height is 3 and width 6〈 3 + 6 = 9 ÷ 2 = 4.5 〉 4.5 is your size.
Keep in mind: you can pay less than the flat rate for the size of your patch by placing a larger bulk order.
